Terms of Service

• Luviele is a PWA platform that allows registered users to publish listings and public profiles across various categories (real estate, vehicles, services, handmade goods, second-hand, jobs, events, local businesses, rentals, products, and more).
• The service is free in its basic version. An advanced version (Pro Plan) is available for purchase via the Google Play Store.
• Luviele acts solely as a technical intermediary and is not a party to commercial transactions between users.

• To use the service you must register with a valid email and password, or sign in with Google.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities carried out through your account.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple or fictitious accounts is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
• You must be at least 18 years old to register.

• You are solely responsible for published content. Content must be truthful, lawful and must not infringe third-party rights.
• Strictly prohibited: illegal, offensive, discriminatory, pornographic or violent content; counterfeit or prohibited listings; spam; infringement of third-party copyrights or trademarks.
• Luviele reserves the right to remove without notice any content that violates these Terms.
• By publishing content you grant Luviele a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it within the scope of the service.

• The Pro Plan offers additional features: up to 8 active listings, up to 8 photos per listing and Pro badge on profile.
• The Pro Plan can only be purchased through the Google Play Store. Payment, renewal and cancellation are governed by Google Play Store terms.
• Refunds for in-app purchases are subject to Google Play Store's refund policy. Luviele does not process payments directly.
• If the Pro Plan is cancelled, advanced features remain active until the end of the already paid billing period.

• The "Luviele" trademark, logo and platform design are the exclusive property of Luviele, protected by copyright law.
• It is prohibited to copy, reproduce or distribute any element of the platform without prior written consent.
• Content published by users remains their property. Luviele acquires only the limited licence described in Art. 3.

• Luviele does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service, which is provided "as is".
• Luviele is not liable for damages from user-published content, transactions between users, data loss or service interruptions.
• Luviele's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months for the Pro Plan.

• You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Your data will be deleted within 30 days.
• Luviele may suspend or delete an account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent behaviour, or illegal use of the service.

Luviele may update these Terms with at least 15 days' notice via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, unless otherwise provided by consumer protection law.
