Public page to request deletion of your Luviele account and associated data.
Request deletion
Send the request from the email address linked to your Luviele account. If you write from another address, we may ask for additional verification.

2. Verify identity
If needed, we will ask for confirmation to protect your account.
3. Deletion
After verification, we delete the account and associated data within the stated timeframe.
What to include
- Account email
- Username or profile name, if available
- Confirmation that you want to delete the account and associated data
Data deleted
- Account and profile
- Published listings
- Uploaded images
- Public contacts, social links and web links
- Contact requests associated with the profile
Data that may be retained
We may retain only minimal data required for legal obligations, security, abuse prevention or dispute management.
Timing
We handle requests within 30 days after verifying the account email or identity.
